Kobe teriyaki beef... Frog likes the sound of that. Kobe is known for the beef it produces and also for hot springs... Frog does not like water, but loves beef.
Inside the package you will find the usual dried noodles, a soup powder packet and a sauce packet.
The broth is light and tastes faintly of beef bouillon stock. The seasoning sauce adds a smoky taste and also the distinct soy sauce flavour of teriyaki. Mixed together the broth is still light, not at all salty and tastes like the aftertaste of eating teriyaki beef.
However, this is not really a flavour I would keep in my kitchen at all times. It is more a flavour you might crave and eat once in a while, but probably not several times a week.
